Product care

Berber rugs rarely but regularly need a wash to retain their value. Proper cleaning will bring back the colors and remove dust and dirt. The carpets should be regularly aired and carefully vacuumed.

  4. we clean the carpet. The cleaning process usually takes between 1 and 5 business days, depending on whether the carpet needs to be washed or just dry cleaned. After that we hand over the carpet for shipping (usually DHL).
  5. after you receive your order, we will send you an invoice, which you will pay by bank transfer.
